4D is a community of young people in addiction recovery helping each other stay clean & sober. Anyone identifying in recovery is welcome to come kick it SEVEN days a week, 365 days a year. We host nightly 12 Step meetings, dope events and offer free young recovery mentoring sevices to people between the ages of 13-35 in Multnomah County.
